best would probably be some sort of tutoring. next best may be YouTube tutorials.

but a direct competitor to Sololearn would be Codecademy. they don't have an app, and they lack a community like Sololearn has.

you can check Udemy. they have excellent videos of any language you want to learn. For some you have to pay to learn and some are free. plus you can contact to the tutor and clear your doubt.
