What u doing at break time while programming?

lets say u must finish writing a program in 8 hours.im sure u must be having break time.what u doing in that break time? if me,i will play clash royale.but i dont know why,im feel game online is crushing my mind and my logic.what u think about this?

in my break time I prefer to listen to music. Some musics may encourage you to be more ambitious and creative. I checked it in my life many times. moreover your brain ease up, relax. so my suggest would be to listen your favorite musics for 15 and go on programming again.
