How to name a variable with the name int?

Question

Does any body know how to name a variable int or float?
This doesn't work

int int = 5;

I don't need this info.
Just curius to know 😀

These are reserved keywords in C++ which cannot be used for naming purposes. :>

int Int=5;
cout<<Int;
