Open-House: Don't you think 'SoloLearn' is a misnomer?
Sololearn means self learning. But we actually do a lot of activities that involve two or more people. For example, 2 person challenges, codes run and reviewed by multiple people, entire Q&A are overflowing with queries and responses from entire community. Tell us your thoughts. Open for discussion.

Nobody is capable of learning something on behalf of someone else. We can lay out a comprehensive list of slides and learning materials, but it is up to oneself to install this app and go through the contents. Nobody will write your codes, or ask questions for you in Q&A.
We bring the horse to the water, and not water to the horse. Similarly, I can feed you with informative links and tons of info on a particular topic in Q&A, but it is still up to you to read and understand the contents.
This is why it is SoloLearn. No one will be on standby to make sure you finish your assignments. You are the one using this app, the community can help you, but you are the one who will learn things with your own efforts.

And even courses many people *ahem ahem* go to comments to get right answer ahem ahem

Thus Sololearn is actually a place with preachers preaching you.

I guess you have a point there.
It should be togetherlearn

I'm a Sololearner where I learn everything by myself without anyone to accompany me. even if someone gives an answer to me. it is on me to understand & grasp the concept.
let's say algorithms, scopes, closures, so on; can anyone say two or more people learned it simultaneously over here and improved their understanding of it ?
PS: just some of my thoughts.

I think learning by yourself doesn't means learning alone. Nobody teach you how to code (apart from the tutorials but they only show basics), you have to study alone, by studying what others did and what you did wrong !

@All, maybe this thread got viral with 30 responses within almost half an hour - mostly unrelated though, 😑😑.

@chill, I agree but it stays out of topic for sololearn. But I did not down vote it as I am against down vote if not for reportable things

You learn alone. You utilise it together.
