Bug on Quiz Factory

Question

I wanted to give Quiz Factory's "Fill in the Blanks" a shot, and it glitched out on me. This is how my quiz looks whenever I want to preview.

And this is how it looks after I submit and someone tries to rate it,

As you can see, the blanks are totally wrong.
The first blank I selected was 'class' - a five character long word, but after submission the blank changed to only one character space.

Please note that, this is only seen from the 'rate' option of quiz factory.

If I go to, 'Quiz Factory > My Submissions' and view my submitted code from there, it works just fine.

PS:
I have updated the app, and the issue still exists.

Are you sure you have the latest version (update) of the app? I remember it was supposed to be corrected already...
