Well you could always just begin with the sololearn c++ course (Over at https://www.sololearn.com/Play/CPlusPlus )
They go through the basics and are pretty easy to understand. Other than that, just keep making whatever programs you can think of. You usually have to google stuff in order to make them work, but that's what will help you understand the language.
