Can i emulate kali Linux in android ?

We could emulate Kali Linux in PC by virtual box but running virtual box in Android will make the phone laggy but is there any other may of emulating Kali Linux in Android except using termux , terminal editor or by rooting phone

i'm did not *say* hacking is a crime. just said it is not looked at with best terms in here. ethical hacking without permission from the owner can be classified as a crime. if you are doing something for security that's fine we can say.
