How To Start A Software Company?

Since I learned how to code I love it, how would one start a company such that he can improve technology and financially gain some earnings?

I'm not exactly sure how you would start a company, but I'm sure there's a LOT of paperwork due to the type of work(making software that is legally yours and copyrighted). The processes are also a bit different in certain countries, so it's best to just inform more on your city/country's website. I also believe making your own company isn't free, so it's best to start a company with someone, so you can maybe split the costs and fees. If that seems to much for you, finding a job online isn't hard either, as there are dozens, if not hundreds of websites dedicated for just programming jobs. Freelancing is also a good choice, as you can make quite a profit from a single job, while working from home. In the end, the choice is yours and, while having your own company is great and exciting, it is harder to establish than simply finding a job. And if you care about profits, both options are a good choice, but with freelancing, you start right away and earn money instantly, while with your own company you start with less money, but earn more and more as time goes on, of course, that is if you make good software and make good decisions.

Do join one company and try to understand how they are doing their business. After some time if u feel that u can start your own company then go ahead and give it a try. Best of luck. :)

I would start working at a software company at first, and gain practical expertise in a field. then try gaining more understanding of current business problems, and what differentiating value can I bring to potential customers? when you have successfully answered that question you may have enough ground for starting a potentially successful business. then all is left is paperwork, financials, and customer relationships. Wish you the best of luck!
