How protect my theme from unauthorized use

I am a beginner coder , I use some tutorial to design theme using PHP boostrap. I will upload it to get reviews, how can I prevent unauthorized use?
like what happened in premium one?

You list down that the code/theme is of your own creation, and make it redistributable only with credits to original author. If you spot other people using your theme without proper credits/permissions, report them to site authority. Where do you plan to upload your themes?
