@sayan "programming is not only about syntax its more about solving problems" yeah syntax of most languages is english based but now what about solving problems. I believe that we can only solve real problem in our mother tongue and its Ok. I know many people whose english is not good but their programming is good.

all who posted here...
dont get misguided being confused with my post
I AM NOT PROMOTING ENGLISH
IT IS JUST A LANGUAGE...
AND ##BENGALI## IT IS MY MOTHER TONGUE
AND IT IS FAR FAR MORE COMPLICATED THAN ENGLISH
BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CODING LANGUAGES...
THEY ARE "high level languages"
they intended for general machine to man connection and thats why they are based on english (international communication language)...
THERE ARE NO BETTER BOOK RATHER THAN ENGLISH..
IT WILL BE A MISGUIDANCE IF I TELL YOU TO FIND ANY BOOK IN ANY LANGUAGE(even if there is some or none) TO LEARN CODE..

@shobhit, I get your point. But, unfortunately that is not feasible in our country. I agree with @sayan chandra in this.
I started learning programming from bangla books when I was in 1st year. Herbert Schield's english was too tough for me. But that decision crippled me in the long run. I passed the exams, but in next semester when they stared teaching java I was in deep water again.
I am not saying all Bangla books are bad. But, now a days almost everyone has access to internet, and there are literally thousands of good programming books for beginners, I really don't think starting with a Bangla book will be a good idea.

I wouldn't recommend that vaisab. There are hardly any good Bangla programming books out there. Most are either mindless translations or filled with wrong information.
Instead, go for some easy books written for beginners. I suggest the 'head first' series.
