depends on what you want to hack. python is easy and powerful general purpose language. you can easily do whatever you want with python. Kali is loaded thousand's of tools for hacking. Knowledge on security, networking must have. knowledge on target is platform e.g. win, Linux, Mac, Android, etc.
Be more specific on what you want to hack.
