Every year I go back and re-read all of the languages that I know. This helps me remember things I've forgotten about, helps me better understand anything I may not have fully understood prior, and keeps all of the various means of doing things fresh in my brain. It's easy to get stuck on how you personally do things, and this helps me expand upon myself so I don't get stuck in a cycle of doing things my way when there may be better/quicker ways of accomplishing it. The more you know, the more options you allow yourself to have.
As well, I refresh myself because sometimes new features are added or changed, and it's good to know what the best current practices are since technology and the times change over time. With technology, we're always learning something new or more, and things are always changing, so it's our job to keep up with the changes and change with them as needed.

Not sure that I understand your question. What did I learn from ALL of the courses? Everything that was in it, I guess. Seems like a really vague question that doesn't actually need the actual answer. It's like when someone asks "Hey! How you doin?" They're not really wanting to know the real answer, they just want you to say "I'm fine, thanks! And you?"

@Yesh Yup. I've been programming for fun since I was 13 years old (I'm 31 now), and I've been programming professionally for a telecommunications company for the better part of the past 10 years. I'm currently transitioning full time into game development, and am also currently obtaining a BS in it (even though college is a waste of time/money when you have the internet/libraries).
