solo learn gives platinum badge to person who have month topper..
the person who got this badge is moderator...
moderator is able to report about fake profiles....
moderator is respected solo learner..
solo learn gives more priority to moderator report than others

Moderators are people given special power in order to ensure community order.
Admins are the people who run this app (the originl creators) and are the ones who manage everything even moderators.
