The c++ tutorial course could probably be completed in a couple days if you spent a few hours each day doing it. However, really learning the material should involve practicing using the code and building programs beyond what the course teaches you. Ultimately, learning the basics of a programming language will only take a few days, mastering it will take a lifetime.
