If you are learning to start programming as a career Then you should first start learning the basics fundumentel of Computer How Computer works How they communicate About Bits,Bytes, Binary Numbers and Lot more.If you understand this things then you will be able to understand the programming some easier.

Then after this You should start Learning Programming how to write a code.I recommend you to first start learning Python first Because Python is very Eco Friendly and It's similar like English language.

I think, that these first destinations (computer build, bytes) are useful for all and not only when you learn as a career. Personally, I recommend C++ for the first learning, because code style and program elements are useful also in Java, JavaScript and many other. Naxt You can learn Object, C#, for WebDev: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, Python, MySql. And obviously a lot of many frameworks like angular.js, JQuery.
