Can I make my own website domain and hosting by my own pc and internet connection..I mean without help of other sites..

you can use your pc as host but you need to buy a domain or get a free one, i recommend you using xapp fo the pc host thing

you can't. simply because you need to setup some extra materials and data to have your own dns and unique ip adresse to get your domaine name also you transforming your pc as a web server is not a professional way to have a website works for every one round the glob. cause your internet networking my make down your site everytime also the question of security.... also don't forget if you shutdown your pc you hav to reinstall all the from the beginning.

You can't make a domain, you have to buy or rent one.
The same to hosting, you maybe can make it if you've got a lot of money to buy a physical server.
Follow the easy path, don't reinvent the wheel :D
