That's not true...
As most of language, root functionalities are only related with text only in/output, but as most of them, there are libraries/framework to handle GUI (graphic user interface) available, and Python have a wide choice of such modules, which each are more or less specialized for particular purposes (ie 2d, 3d, touch devices... pygame is a game oriented module, that handle not only GUI but also medias -- ie audio -- and features useful in a game programing context).

On sololearn? No.
Python traditionally only supports CLI (command line interface), so it isn't usually used for graphics. If you are interested in games that use python, you will mostly only find one that used python for the background and another language for the graphics.
If you would like to program a game fully in Python, you have the option of using the pygame library.
If you would like to view games that other people have made with pygame, or learn more about it, I suggest you go to pygame.org
