Simply use a web code and insert
<script src='https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.2.1/jquery.min.js'></script>
in the head tag

My link did work, but when you clicked on it your browser automatically added a singlequote ' at its end. It would have been fine in your html code
