< you mean this? quite weird, check better 😀 you can install another keyboard if you want, but minus should be present in every keyboard.
check if you don't have to keep pressed any key to make it appear, or check if there is a "1/2" or something like this in the symbols section of the keyboard, this might open another section with more symbols, it might be there...

with samsung press the key with 123 sym on it. After that press the key 1/3, than it becomes 2/3. Press it again and it will become 3/3.
