What is a good entry level job for someone with little to no experience?
I'm 38 years old and I have experiences in many things, mainly Construction and management. I have no desire to continue construction anymore! This has been a hobby of mine for a little over a year, but I'd like to make it a career... any advice?

There are plenty of places that will hire self-taught coders if you can show them that you have talent, focus, and drive. I think the best thing you could do is to have a portfolio of projects in order to show them what you can do. I have an ebook I could send you that helps you to prepare for the interview process. It is technically for Java developers, but I think it would still be very beneficial for you to read.

I would recommend to go study in programming bootcamp, they often provide career support after. There are plenty of them everywhere. It is good mentorship and often they provide studying algorithms.
