Now you must create somewhere file with .py resolution (e.g. sample.py), open it with right-click, the first line 'open with python IDLE, in the opened window you can write a code, F5 - to run it

When I click on file with right click, there're I choose open with python IDLE.As I'm not near computer now and will not be for a week, I can't say exactly.
