How the output is johnson ? I dont get it, anyone?

We already know arrays start counting from position 0. The question ask for [1][1], in multi dimensional array this mean, find grouping at position 1 or go to row at position 1(this will be the second row, where, "John" "Johnson" "Hello" are), then in that grouping go to element at position 1(column at position 1), again with arrays starting to count from position 0, "Johnson" will be found at position 1, that is why output is "Johnson"

i dont really understand this, cause shouldnt be the output John and Johnson? Because if the multidimension arrays?
