Windows cus sololearn uses windows os
take a look at java course
But Myself like to use linux mint and now having problem about wifi driver 😑
However you should dual-boot windows and linux

also linux is kernel not os

Use Windows 10, run Linux in Vagrant to develop NodeJS and PHP applications

there is no diffrence between them but linux is more comgortable for programming.
