There are so many websites that provide free tutorials for web development
I think w3school and tutorialspoints will be good for you apart from this.
Also don't forget to watch The New Boston YouTube channel.

Join Udacity. It is online but u can also download free courses from there.

Although w3schools and tutorials point can be used for reference but if you really want to learn HTML or for that matter any other couse related to web development you must use MDN as the knowledge source:-
