Are you afraid of the Facebook patent clause included in the React.JS licence?

Facebook has included a clause in the React.JS licence model that makes the library more or less partly open source and protects Facebook against any lawsuit. What do you think?

Facebook already switched to MIT.
Their previous BSD Licence had the patent but not the MIT which they are currently using.
