Android phone and ipad aren't sync'd

Question

The phone lags behind by four quizzes...yet my score is up to date on the phone...I get notifications via phone that i never see on the ipad...the quizzes that are lagging behind are still locked...i use both devices and this makes the user experience somewhat frustrating.
