if you mean apps you can install for use, you can't do that with SQL itself. SQL is a backend language. You can use it in conjuction with other frontend languages to make the app you desire.

SQL is a database language i.e. you can manipulate a database through SQL queries. You can't develop an app with it. I have just completed my SQL but for app dev, I am starting Python, reportedly the easiest language.
