How to increase XP points in Certified Languages ?

After completing a language there is no scope accessing it's content again. So how can one splve and learn the concepts from the certified language ? Are there any next advanced stages of language offered or its the end of that section ??

So basically we have to learn first then we have to earn points using challenges, posting codes and participating in quizzes..
