If you didn't know, Udacity has Google-made courses on this for free. There are paid "nanodegrees" as well, but Android development might be a little too complex for an app to teach, even though SoloLearn does a fantastic job with the basic level. If you learn Java, you're a good way there, and then XML is a bit like HTML. Those are the two main languages you'll need.
