Just started a study in IT, but don't have a single clue. Help please :,(

hi guys. I started an IT study a month ago. and they said they will start from the beginning, but I still don't have a single clue what they mean and it is a month later now and I still couldn't code anything. I feel so stupid, while other already know everything about php, html, etc and I don't. will this app really help me be better at programming? and can I ask anything to you guys? I hope in hearing a respond from you guys. thank!
