I found THE COOLEST thing to help out with design, building, etc., that is basically a beautiful GUI of JQuery and CSS/CSS3 "options" for your site/page/blog that seems unlimited but not overwhelming and you just make a choice, click a button and it puts the necessary code into your program to make that choice come to life!
