[meta] Why is my SoloLearn icon the default android app icon?
http://justelisha.livehost.fr/721.png tried reinstalling, restarting, running HTC One M7 under Android 7.1.2, not a big deal as the app works fine but still strange.

that's weird, you should report it to them via the in app feedback option or by sending an email to info@sololearn.com

[ not meta :) ] Perhaps your screen density isn't recognized; icons in Android are included by density (absolute pixels are not the preferred Android metric): https://developer.android.com/training/multiscreen/screendensities.html
If you're comfortable in a terminal, screen density normally shows in activity manager's output (possibly elsewhere):
am get-config

Your launcher may have a cache issue.
Apps not from Google Play may have been modified.
[all just guesses, not very thorough]
