What can I do as a signle programmer?

Hello

I am not saying what I can do with a pogramming language.
but what I can do with it by working alone.
nearly all released programs were created by a team not a single person.
since I am not studying any branch related to programming so I will not join any company, thats why I will program alone.
can I create something useful that poeple will use just by doing it alone!?

Have a look at Notepad++. There are many tools developed for. Maybe you have an idea to develop a own tool.

Or have a look at KeePass. There you can also develop some tools you can integrate. Maybe there exists a http connector to browser (Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome) but no https connector (or I haven't seen it).

Then you can also have a look at GIMP where you also can develop tools for.

If you are searching for a project you have to be creative. Try it and have a look how creative you are really. Good success and luck!

Many famous apps, websites and games, have been created by a single passionate person. I have a few in my mind right now. You have to do more things on your own, it takes much more time, but cosnider you actually make exactly what you have in your mind, the way you want.
