depends on several factors: aptitude, time for study, sources for study, practice, but the only certainty I have and no one will know everything, there is always something new to learn.

Any language you choose you never stop learning. Even the most skill people continue learning. Because code can work great or can collide with other code. Upgrades of the language usually comes out once a year. Being a programmer half your job will be learning. Quarter of your job is trial and errors.
