Challenge: make your own version of recaptcha

Question

I want you to make a recaptcha just like the real one
It can look any way you want it to
It must have the checkbox animation
Must have some sort of fake form to go with it
Must have one extra feature

Recaptcha is more than a captcha. It remembers your IP and also checks how your mouse moves and is much smarter than a captcha
