You can log IP's with PHP, but your target will have to click a link. There is no way to "ip hack" tho.

It doesn't exist. Hacking is an art form. It's complicated and needs to be learned. Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is no magical "ip hack script".

Maybe you have a Keylogger. Try changing your pass on a completely different PC.
