[SOLVED] Need help with this hex bgcolor code

Question

below is a hex based random bgcolor generator given by Haris.

whenever it is run, some random value is applied to the background.
i want it to change bgcolors automatically when the code is running.

using setInterval it's just showing the same value from start.
