can I install this app on a desktop?

im having issues installing it on my laptop. the min. reqs.. say it is for phones only ...is this right? so I would have to use the app on my phone to follow the instructions and use my pc to run java and do the exercises? thanks

There are two ways how to use sololearn. Or as applications for mobile phone, or in web browser - too in desktop. The result is the same.
The difference would be, if you decided to code another programs in java, outside from sololearn. In such case you have to install a JDK libraries, any editor to code java, some documentation....
