I personally started with C++ and I am happy for that. But C++ is not one of the easiest languages, so I can just say, choose any language. When you have language chosen, learn its syntax. That could be done fast, like in few months you can be pro in that language. Then start learning algorithms and data structures. It is the hardest part and you will never end this part. By the time you will be good at data strucures and algos, you can also try another languages, it would be piece of cake.

I would suggest starting with either pythonbor c++. Python has a pretty easy syntax but c++ helps you understand other languages. Both are very good
