I work in Informatica.. What should learn to become a data scientist/ how to become an valuable asset in the near future.?

I am not sure whether to learn big data/ learn machine learning/ learn python and it's application in data analytics. Can some please guide me how should my career evolve it terms to become a resource who is being valued the most in companies. I would like to know how to reach there from my present career(ETL/Informatica Developer)
