C++ is not good for softwares. I advise you to learn c# programming language you can make systems, console programes, games for any os and windows form programs. You can learn java for android apps. You can learn swift for ios apps.

its depending on what you want to code. HTML and css is used for web development. if you want to code a software you best bet would be C++.
