It's for an older version but in my experience the MSDN Library / general process has been the same for a while.

The MSDN (MS developer network) is huge, with forums + content (just shorten the URL like you would any other site, to https://msdn.microsoft.com and start from there)
There's https://developer.microsoft.com/ and you can also try YouTube for videos and Google for tutorials.
