which framework of js is better to learn? need suggestions........

If you're limited on time, start with jQuery. It'll make your everyday usage of JavaScript a lot easier and it adds a lot of neat features. In just the way it utilizes AJAX and CSS selectors is enough to use it. When you find time later, become familiar and learn NodeJS. It allows you to use JS as the server-side language, which works out great and it's very efficient/quick with what it does, much better than PHP. As far as I can tell, NodeJS will be sticking around for awhile and I imagine more & more people will switch to it over PHP eventually.

NodeJS, jQuery, Angular, and React..... Yeah, all of those are amazing imo, so I'd recommend taking the time to learn each of them.
