Is there any app for coding without using desktop?

There are many apps including this app, but problem is they ask for all inputs at once before running program. I have experienced that programs that ran successfully on my pc, but gives errors and exceptions in app.
I have tried in c and java with this app. As java is platform independent, program should have run properly, but did not.
