I couldn't concentrate on coding continuously for even 3 hours. What would be my problem?

zoho has been conducting a programming test in our college for internship. I have cleared my first round which of finding the output. today I had my second round of coding for 3 hours.. I couldn't concentrate on coding continuosly.. so I gave up. how could I improve myself? give me ur suggestions..

use pomodoro technique. it means work/study for 25mins then take 5mins rest then again back to work for 25mins and keep repeating it.

The pattern should be work for quite some time,take a quick break,continue working,take a quick break!!and so on...

My suggestion is to work and getting a short brake as you're getting bored. Pomodoro technique is also a better solution. You can find plenty of apps to help you with pomodoro technique. Listening to some music would work too. __Summary__ 1. Do what you love and love what you do 2. Set short time goals and archive one by one 3. Take short brakes and comfort yourself 4. Admire and cheer up yourself while completing goals

Average attention span is much less than 3 hours btw ... + don't ever let them put you on medication young lady, they don't know wtf they're doing. Not for ADHD that is ... some conditions can be measurably improved by medication including these types, but IMO it should only be considered as a last option. My 0.02$
