Instagram effect when you press the like button

How is the effect achieved, where when you touch the heart it pops out with a red colour and there are color changes to the icon/symbol. How is that archieved?

Well I may not be an expert yet in python but I am thinking they defined the colors then made a loop and did the physics.

That is true but like I said I am not a master yet at python so I cannot do it quite yet but when I can I will try but you will need to let me know what it looks like, I don’t have Instagram
