I want to create a signup form for my site and store the user data such as username and password on my web server using MySQL. if anyone can know then please share with me.

You will need to process your form in server-side code.
Say you use PHP, you have to get your form elements using $_POST["username"] and $_POST["password"] (don't use the get method, it's not secure when you manipulate passwords). Then, you want to insert it into your database. Your query will mostly look like that :
INSERT INTO USERS(IDUSER, USERNAME, PASSWORD) VALUES (DEFAULT, $_POST["username"], $_POST["password"]);
I don't use a hash function for the password, which is bad, but it's only a simple example.
You may want to look into PDO in order to manipulate database in PHP.
