how can I get a free html software for windows 10

You can use any text editor to write HTML. Example:

*Notepad
*Notepad ++

I prefer Notepad ++ as it has syntax highlighting

>find and open notepad
>type in an html program
>save as <enterFileName>.html

Double click file, voila!

Your computer will know its an html file if you name a notepad file with the .html extension.

Howeved, if i read your question wrong and you're looking for an editor. There's too many: notepad, online ones, google chrome i think has a built one, firefox does. That's where I code.
