Don't think so. If you have a look at the TIOBE Index Python has had it's blown up time but request is constantly stabilizing. So even the highest rank was 7/2016 on overall rating #4. But I peesonally don't think that it will ever get #1. Anyway, it has found his place in the overall toolbox.
