How much similar is Lua with JS/C++/Python.

Wats the difference between Lua and JavaScript or any other programming language.

Different tools for different jobs. I've noticed they all have their similarities due to the fact that they are all offsprings of Grandpa C.

I think Lua is in someways similar to C and JavaScript. One difference to any programming languages is, that Lua really has a strong C-API.
